“Inclu-hub” is a brand established to promote innovative projects that foster social inclusion. Under the “Inclu-hub” initiative, we have designed various programs tailored to the needs of diverse cultural communities.
「融入點」是為提倡社會共融創新項目而設的一個品牌。在「融入點」下，我們為不同多元文化社群的需要設計了不同的項目。
"Inclu-Points" is a Member Points Registration system designed to encourage community engagement and personal development. Members earn points by participating in various activities and volunteer services; which can then be redeemed for designated events or gifts. The system maintains records to track members' participation; and each family is assigned a single card for collective management of points.
「Inclu-Points」是一個會員積分登記系統，旨在鼓勵社區參與與個人發展。會員可透過參加各類活動及志願服務來獲取積分，並可使用所累積的積分兌換指定的活動或禮品。系統會記錄並追蹤會員的參與情況，每個家庭將獲發一張會員卡，以便集中管理積分。
This programme is designed for non-Chinese speaking (NCS) students to learn Chinese as a second language. Through close collaboration with schools, supported by rigorous curriculum design and lively, engaging teaching approaches, “Get2Chinese” aims to be an important partner in helping schools reduce learning gaps among students.
計劃為非華語學生(NCS)學習中國語文作為第二語言而設。透過與校方緊密協作，輔以嚴謹的課程設計和活潑有趣生動的教學方式，「來‧中文」希望成為校方減少學生學習差異的重要伙伴。
The program is designed to help individuals from multicultural backgrounds build Cantonese speaking and listening skills. No reading or writing is required—participants learn through clear grammatical comparisons between Cantonese and other languages, with local volunteers joining each class to support real-life practice and conversation.
尼個課程專為多元文化背景嘅學員而設，令佢地有效咁學到廣東話嘅聽同講。課堂唔會要佢地讀字或者睇書，而喺用語法比較同句子結構比對嘅方式黎學。更加有好叻廣東話嘅義工同場俾佢地練，咁學實掂啦~
Building a safe and welcoming platform where multicultural members and local Chinese can connect is essential to fostering a more inclusive society. Get2gather provides a space where individuals from diverse backgrounds can share their stories, traditions, and experiences, allowing mutual understanding and appreciation of each other’s cultures to flourish. Through meaningful interactions, people can move beyond stereotypes and form genuine relationships based on respect and empathy.
在多元共融的社會裡，每一個故事都值得被聽見。「最近點」致力於建立一個安全、友善的平台，讓多元文化成員與本地華人能夠自在地交流與連結。我們相信，理解從傾聽開始，尊重源於認識。透過分享彼此的生活、傳統與經驗，我們讓文化的交流成為建立友誼與信任的橋樑。
By offering both practical support and opportunities for personal connection, the Get2gather can help bridge social gaps and create a stronger sense of belonging for everyone involved. Whether through community events, which empower individuals to learn from one another and collaborate toward shared goals. Together, these actions contribute to building a more inclusive and connected community, where diversity is celebrated and unity is strengthened.
「最近點」不僅是一個交流的機會，更是一個互相支持的社群。在這裡，我們提供實際的協助與真誠的連結，讓每一位參與者都能感受到被接納與重視。透過社區活動與互動，我們鼓勵人們攜手學習、合作，共同打破隔閡，凝聚彼此的力量。
