融入點 -「最近點」友伴計劃

As a “buddy”, you will be paired with a local Chinese buddy to share everyday experiences, access community resources, and explore Chinese and multi-cultures and languages together. Over a year, we hope you will have built a friendship that lasts a lifetime.

「你最近點？」是我們日常關心別人的第一句話💬。

作為友伴(Buddy)，您將與多元文化的家庭或個人配對，分享生活的日常。這既協助友伴連繫社區資源，亦可一同探索對方的語言和文化，成為你們的「連結點」。期望在一年半後，您們能建立一段長久的友誼。願我們與鄰舍、與世界的距離能再近一點。

Application Flow:

  1. Complete Online Application
  2. Face-to-face Interview
  3. Buddy Matching
  4. First Meet-up (31/1/2026)

Participation Expectations:

  1. Your Buddy is a friend, not a tutor / social worker / staff.
  2. Meet Buddy every 1-2 months and message at least once a week.
  3. First 3 months are the Trial Period, to evaluate any communication difficulties, with staff or facilitators available for support.
  4. Join at least one activity together with your buddy every 6 months. (e.g. cultural gathering, sharing, or service activity).

Deadlines:

  • 1st round: finished
  • 2nd Round: 26/1/2025 - 6/2/2026

計劃流程

  1. 填寫網上申請表格
  2. 安排面試
  3. 根據所提供資料進行配對
  4. 配對成功後安排首次見面 (第一輪: 31/1/2026)

計劃要求與期望：

  1. 以朋友身份參與並建立關係。
  2. 於計劃首三個月內參加跨文化工作坊。
  3. 每一至兩個月與友伴見面，並至少每週發送一次訊息保持聯繫
  4. 首三個月為體驗期，以了解彼此相處有否遇到困難，同工可提供支援。
  5. 每六個月至少與友伴共同參與一次聚會 。 (如文化聚會、分享會或服務活動)
  6. 每月填寫聯絡記錄以便了解及跟進

  • 第二輪報名日期：26/1/2026至6/2/2026
