我們致力服務多元文化社群，並提供整全的服務以滿足對象需要。我們採取綜合服務的方式以支援對象，包括提供不同範疇的服務、支援全人發展、設計以社群為中心的服務、採用不同層級的介入手法、並整合服務的設計與推行。
We operate service centers in Kwun Tong and To Kwa Wan. We collaborate with a range of organizations and schools to provide cultural initiatives, leadership training, and educational support.
我們在觀塘及土瓜灣均設有服務點，亦與不同機構與學校合作，提供不同形式的文化、領袖訓練與教學支援。
Through regular outreach and community reports, we identify and assess potential clients who are at risk or in need. Following an intake assessment, our outreach team provides counseling and emotional support to clients experiencing family issues. For new arrivals (from multicultural backgrounds, residing in Hong Kong for less than two years), we actively connect them with community resources to support their integration into Hong Kong society while helping them retain their cultural identity. We also assist with social service applications and provide referrals for newcomers or clients in crisis.
透過定期的外展服務及來自社區的通報，我們辨識並評估具風險或有需要的潛在服務對象。在完成個案的甄別評估後，外展隊會為正面對家庭困難的對象，提供輔導與情緒支援。對於多元文化背景的新來港人士（居港未滿兩年），我們積極連結社區資源，在保留文化身份認同的前題下協助其融入香港社會。我們亦協助新來港人士或處於危機的服務對象，申請其他社會服務或作出轉介。
To enhance social solidarity and upward mobility, we connect stakeholders across the community and facilitate the transfer of social capital. We create opportunities for dialogue between ethnic groups, link families from diverse social backgrounds, and organize social gatherings, support groups, and volunteer programs to strengthen community members’ networks and broaden their horizons. We support all ethnic groups, including Chinese communities, in embracing diversity while preserving their cultures and ethnic pride.
為促進社會凝聚與向上流動，我們連結社區內各方持份者，以促進社會資本的流動與交換。我們創造不同族群間對話的機會，連結不同社會背景的家庭，又組織社交聚會、支援小組及義工服務，以強化各社區成員的人際網絡並擴闊他們的視野。我們支持包括華人在內的所有族群，在保存自身文化與自豪的情況下同時擁抱多元。
We partnerships among community units or institutions to provide more resources and information to community members. These resources include integrated family services, home care services, financial assistance, crisis management, family support, tuition services, etc.
我們促進社區單位或機構之間的合作關係，為社區成員提供更多資源與資訊。資源包括綜合家庭服務、家居照顧服務、經濟援助、危機支援、家庭支援、補習服務等。
